Todd Holmes 

Todd is a career entrepreneur and founder of many companies in marketing, packaging and technology. He is currently the CEO of Liquidus, a leading advertising-technology company. In addition, Todd was the cofounder of Beer Across America, Goose Island Beer Company and Drinks.com. Todd is active on multiple boards and is passionately devoted to helping solve farming issues and world hunger. 

Joe Bihner 

Joe spent most of his career with ADP, starting as a programmer and eventually running North America Operations. Along the way Joe started, managed and grew businesses organically, and acquired then integrated roughly a dozen businesses. Joe spent much of his time ensuring things scaled and was managing $1.2B in Revenue when he retired in the fall of 2018. Joe founded Summerset Ventures a Growth Management firm in 2015 and spends time helping technology companies get optimized and ready for eventual exits.

Bob Borchardt 

Over the past 30 years, Bob has owned and operated companies servicing various facets of the food industry. In 2007, Bob and his wife Jen combined their expertise in business, marketing, culinary and operations to create Harvest Moon Farms. The farm supplied organic produce to the Midwest market. As GM, Bob is responsible for business development, real estate, retail product development, industry relations including consumer/retail events, and association sponsorships. He has been involved in philanthropic food-based initiatives. 

Milan Kluko 

With over 35 years of worldwide environmental-engineering experience across a wide technical spectrum from hydrogeology to sustainable development, Milan founded Green Spirit Farms on 11-11-11. He is a multi-international patent holder and established the first commercial vertical farm in the Midwest in New Buffalo, Michigan as well as developed a second vertical farm in Detroit which was planted on Earth Day 2015.  As part of a Worldwide Sustainable Ag Summit he developed an operating Demonstration (Vertical) Farm in London as part of the 2012 Summer Olympic Games - making this the first vertical farm in the United Kingdom. He has advised and lectured extensively at major U.S. universities as well as internationally and is recognized vertical farming expert having conducted numerous Feasibility Assessments around the world.  Milan has worked as a consultant to Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) on a variety of sustainable and agricultural related initiatives and he along with his son Dan will bring their expertise and business model to HMSV to commercialize a more secure, sustainable and low-cost (vertical) farming approach.   

Dan Kluko 

Dan developed the Green Spirit Farms low-energy, low (water) vertical-farming systems for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) hydroponic applications. He manages the nutrient mix designs for the company’s Vertical Growing Systems, develops lighting plans for specific crops, and supports the company’s business-development (expansion) activities.
